Yes, absolutely. Each of the add-ons are independent in nature and users can pick and choose whichever add-ons they require to tailor their plans to suit their requirements.

Q. I’ve subscribed to an add-on, when will activation take place?
Subscription to add-ons will activate upon first eligible usage. If you subscribe mid-month, your add-on allowance for that month will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. At the start of the next billing month you will receive the full allowance of your chosen add-on.
Q. Do add-on subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly basis?
Yes, all add-ons to your Etisalat Mobile Business Plan will automatically renew until add-on is manually unsubscribed.
Q. Would international minutes add-ons include all countries?
International voice call minutes are applicable to all destinations except these countires.
Q. If I change my Mobile Business Base Plan, will my subscribed add-ons be affected?
Not at all. Your subscribed add-ons will automatically continue on your new Mobile Business Plan.

A. Of course you can. CloudTalk Meeting can be used on any smart device, from any location and any network. Simply download the App and connect into a meeting from your smartphone. CloudTalk Meeting App is available on AppStore & Googleplay .
Q. What is the billing frequency of CloudTalk Meeting add-on?
A. These add-ons are charged on a monthly basis however come with a commitment period of 12 months.
Q. How do I access these add-ons?
A. If you are a Business Edge Customer, you can easily avail CloudTalk Meeting as an add-on with your plan.
Q. Is CloudTalk Meeting secure?
A. CloudTalk Meeting is a Telecommunications and Regulatory Authority (TRA) approved service and all meetings are end-to-end encrypted with user traffic staying within the UAE borders. No customer data is stored by Etisalat.
Q. What is the contract duration of these add-ons?
A. The contract period is 12 months which is renewed automatically. This add-on has no activation charges or exit penalty.
Q. How do I activate the desired CloudTalk Meeting add-on plan?
A. This add-on can be purchased on Etisalat’s Business Online Portal under “Mobile Add-on” Section. An email & SMS notification is sent with credentials & user guide.
Q. Is CloudTalk Meeting used only for local video conferencing?
A. No, CloudTalk Meeting can be used for meetings within or outside the UAE.
Q. What is the eligibility criteria to subscribe to CloudTalk Meeting add-ons?
A. A Company Owned, Company Paid (COCP) connection is required to avail this service.
Q. Where do I find my username, password and other credentials to access a meeting held on CloudTalk Meeting?
A. Users can gain access using a unique URL for the meeting room along with a unique access code being shared. No username or password is required to access the meeting.
Q. Can I or other users record our meeting sessions?
A. No, currently meeting sessions cannot be recorded on CloudTalk Meeting.
