Which devices can I watch on?
STARZ ON Business works on Android TV, Samsung (Tizen) and LG (WebOS) TVs.
How do I pay for the service?
It is added to your existing e& telecom account, so you get one combined bill. All standard payment options are accepted.
What are STARZ ON Add-On Events?
An add-on package that gives you entertainment, news and exclusive live sports together, at a reduced price for a limited time.
How do I upgrade to Advanced or Premium?

If I have more than one subscription, when am I charged?
Billing follows the calendar month. Your first bill arrives on the 1st of the month after you subscribe and includes a pro-rated charge for the days used plus the full current month. For example, on an AED 100 package started on the 15th, the first bill is AED 150 (AED 50 for the half month plus AED 100). After that, each bill is AED 100.
On the Basic plan, can I watch Advanced or Premium content?
No – you need to upgrade your plan first.
I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
Open the STARZ ON Business app, go to the login page, enter your Subscription ID and tap “Forgot Password”. Your password will be sent to your email.
I see “Email already exists” when registering. What does it mean?
An account already uses that email address. If you have forgotten the password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to receive it by email.
How do I deactivate my account?

How do I remove a registered device?
