- Flexi Minutes – call UAE and KSA numbers, whether you are in the UAE or roaming in KSA.
- Flexi SMS – send SMS from the UAE, or while roaming in KSA, to the UAE, KSA and other countries.
- Flexi IDD / ICR Minutes – make international calls from the UAE or while roaming in KSA, and receive calls when roaming with preferred partners.
Good to know
- If the plan was mis-sold or the service does not meet its terms, you can cancel within 5 days of activation without exit charges.
- Cancelling within the first 2 months carries a one-time charge of AED 450.
- The contract length follows the period agreed when you sign up.
